Altair 8800 Repair/Restoration

This is documentation of the repair/restoration of Altair 8800 S/N 221999 (the 'A' or 'K' has been removed from the serial number label, but believe this was a 'K' for kit).

Since the only original card that the machine came with is a MITS 88-2SIO Rev 0, the goal is to return the machine to service with a JAIR 8080 initially.

If parts need to replaced for safe continued operation of the machine they will be replaced, but in general the goal is to change as little as possible.
